Poster is the internal tool Web Tactics uses to publish its own videos to its own YouTube channels and Instagram accounts. It is operated by one person, it has no public sign-up, and it handles no data belonging to anyone else.
Poster takes a finished video and its title, description, tags and thumbnail, and uploads it to one of the YouTube channels owned and operated by Web Tactics. It can also add the video to a playlist on that channel and, for Instagram, publish the same clip as a Reel.
That is the whole product. It does not search YouTube, read comments, collect analytics, or touch any channel that is not ours.
Poster uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, set thumbnails, and manage playlists on our own channels. By using Poster, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Poster authenticates each channel once through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent screen and stores the resulting token locally on the operator's own machine. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page, after which Poster can no longer reach that channel.

For Instagram, Poster uses the official Instagram Content Publishing API to publish Reels, carousels and stories to accounts owned by Web Tactics, under the Meta Platform Terms.
